Anyone who has established a connection with a spiritual entity has had to offer blood sacrifices. This is why blood sacrifices were widespread in the ancient world. The ancients always desired to establish a close relationship with spirits because they understood the spiritual and earthly power that comes with this relationship.

When blood is offered to spirits it functions as an energetic conduit, acting as a medium through which spirits can channel their energy into the material world.

When they knew about this desire, ancient humans devised methods to enable spirits to experience physical reality. Although they did not fully understand the mechanics behind the phenomenon, they observed its effectiveness and performed the practice.
